To book your first session we require you to save your card details on file - you will not be charged at this point, we only charge your card for late cancellations, non-arrivals or if you would like us to bill the card to pay for your sessions.

We work with some medical insurance providers, including WPA, Bupa Global, Healix, Allianz, Aetna and many other small insurers. However, to ensure that we can maintain the highest standards of physio service, we have decided as a business NOT to work with Aviva, Axa PPP, Bupa UK or Vitality. The physiotherapy rates paid by these insurers are not in line with our standard session rates and would therefore compromise our mission to deliver BETTER physiotherapy to our clients.
